HARD WATER ADDITIVE FOR PRESSURE WASHERS, BOILERS, CAR WASHES, DETERGENTS
Reduces/prevents limescale build-up in boilers, coils, walls of pressure washers. Furthermore, it reduces the hardness and intensity of limescale deposits for car washes or deposit build-up when pre-diluting or diluting detergents with very hard water that could lead to the formation of deposits, especially in summer with temperatures above 40°C.
Description
DIRECTION FOR USE
Use the product via the dosing device of power washers or washing systems according to the instructions of the equipment manufacturer. Or add in the pre-dilution tank or in the product being used, if applicable.
- Pressure washers/water additive consumption: if the pressure washer is equipped with an automatic dosing device for anti-limescale remover, dose according to water hardness. If not, we recommended adding 3.3 ml of product per m³ of water per 1 degree of hardness TH (°f). If the pressure washer is not equipped with dosing devices, mix the product with the pre-wash or shampoo, if applicable, as follows. If used in a pressure washer with hot (over 40° C) and very hard water (over 45° TH), we recommend adding the additive.
- Consumption as an additive in water or detergent: mix the product with the pre-wash or shampoo if provided or in the water/detergent solution:
- 5 % in the detergent with 54°TH hardness and 40-50°C temperature.
- 10 % in the detergent with 108°TH hardness and 40-50°C temperature.
Higher temperatures require a higher dosage. For lower temperatures, we always recommend using at least 2-3%.
- Consumption in osmosis systems: for membrane protection we recommend 0.56 ml of additive per 1 degree of hardness TH (°f) and per m³ of water.
